Both the Sycamore Library and Sycamore Community School District 427 possess a common goal: to promote literacy by providing all children with access to resources and information.
We are happy to announce that due to an intergovernmental agreement between the Library and District, students attending Sycamore Community School District 427 who currently live outside of the city limits are able to get Sycamore Library Student Access Cards.
To register students should stop by the Sycamore Library with the following:
1. Legal parent/guardian
2. Parent/Guardian ID with current address
3. Proof of Sycamore School District enrollment, such as:
- Infinite Campus Portal login displaying enrollment status and current address
- Student ID
With your student’s new library card, he/she will have access to countless books, audiobooks, movies and more. They will also have access to the library’s online resources, including Brainfuse (free live tutoring), Mango (language learning resource), and e-books for all ages.
We hope you will take advantage of this exciting opportunity, and we at the Library look forward to helping your child learn and grow!
