Join Mark Wagner and the rest of Fox Valley Astronomical Society to learn about astronomy. Hosted at the Sycamore Park District Community Center at 480 S. Airport Rd., this family-friendly event begins with an indoor lecture on the winter sky and the upcoming total solar eclipse in April at 7 pm. At 8 pm, hot cocoa will be served to keep you warm as you step outside to look through multiple unique styles of telescopes at the stars and planets.
Feel free to bring your own red-light flashlight, binoculars, and/or telescope.
