Join Sycamore Library in a LIVE interactive viewing of the Alzheimer’s Association ‘s virtual program, Thursday May 5th at 12:00pm. Stop in to Meeting Room 1 to participate. NO REGISTRATION REQUIRED.

For centuries, we’ve known that the health of the brain and the body are connected. But now, science is able to provide insights into how to make lifestyle choices that may help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age. Join us to learn about research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity and social engagement, and use hands-on tools to help you incorporate these recommendations into a plan for healthy aging.

Klehm Arboretum & Botanical Garden will talk about the Monarch Butterfly and how to build your own Butterfly Garden at home. No matter if you create a garden on your patio or plant them in the ground, join us to learn how your home can become a butterfly oasis!

The program will conclude with a live special question and answer session.
