Easy as Pie with Chef Cherise

Learn the art of pie-making with Chef Cherise Slattery! This hands-on demonstration covers pie crust techniques including mixing, rolling, shaping, blind baking, and decorating. Chef Cherise will also explore creative uses for pie dough such as quiche, crostata, and hand pies. Enjoy bite-sized samples of fruit pie and pie “cookies.”
