Are you are fan of the Nickelodeon series Avatar: The Last Airbender or Legend of Korra? Did you know that each of the original bending styles is based off a real martial art? In this program, we will be practicing tai chi forms and adapting them into water bending moves.
Wear clothes and shoes comfortable for low impact, light physical activity and stretching. A yoga mat may be used but is not required. All attendees will be requited to wear a mask.
For children in grades 3-5.
