STEAMOLOGY: Alka-Seltzer Rockets
July 1 @ 10:00 am - 10:45 am
We’ll learn about Newton’s third law of motion while building our own film canister rockets and then we’ll test them out to see how far they can fly.
This program will meet in the library’s garden( located on the North side of the building across from the courthouse.)
This outdoor program* is geared towards students entering grades K-5. Masks are required for all participants over 2 years. Space is limited. More details about what to expect during your library visit here.
*In case of inclement weather, program will relocate indoors to build our rockets, but participants will need to take their rocket home to test it out.
