Are you a mom looking to take a little time for yourself? Do you know a stressed and busy mom who could use a little break for some self-care?
Join Sycamore Library staff members Laura and Samantha to learn about the ways you can create a DIY spa experience at home, and, how to cultivate space for self-compassion and self-care, even during your busiest days.
Attendees must register ahead on Eventbrite, space is limited. All participants at the event will create their own self-care item and also entered to win a self-care prize to take home that evening! Tea and coffee will be provided.
