Community Read: Know My Name with Dekalb Public Library & Safe Passage

An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Thursday, repeating until April 28, 2022
DeKalb Public Library, Safe Passage, and Sycamore Public Library are partnering for a community read during Sexual Assault Awareness Month this April. Join us as we read Chanel Miller’s memoir Know My Name.
We are breaking up the book into four different parts, one discussion each week instead of talking about the entire book at once:
Session 1: Intro – Chapter 4
Session 2: Chapters 5-8
Session 3: Chapters 9-12
Session 4: Chapters 13-14 and Victim Statement
Dekalb Public library is hosting in-person discussion every Monday in April from 6-7pm in the teen room. No registration required
Sycamore Public Library is hosting this book club virtually on April 7th and 28th from 11:30am-12:30pm.
