Chair Yoga at the Library

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Thursday, repeating until June 1, 2023
New Location! Meeting Room 1 at the Sycamore Public Library.
Chair Yoga is an exercise program for seniors or anyone with health challenges. Using chair support, participants move through a series of seated and standing yoga and stretching poses designed to increase flexibility, range of movement and balance.
