Chair Yoga at Sycamore Park District

Chair Yoga, or ChYoga, is an exercise program for seniors or anyone with health challenges. Using chair support, participants move through a series of seated and standing yoga and stretching poses designed to increase flexibility, range of movement and balance.
Join us on this socially-distanced journey of health and wellness. Limited to 9 participants, this weekly free program is open to anyone who has registered ahead via this Eventbrite. Due to health and safely issues no walk-ins are allowed and no more than 9 participants will be allowed per class.
(Sycamore Public Library and Sycamore Park District are not liable for any injuries that may occur during this program. Please consult your doctor before beginning any new exercise program.)
