(Access to the meeting rooms is avaiable starting at 9:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday and 1:00 p.m. on Sundays.)
Program End Time:
(The library closes at 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 5:00 p.m. Friday through Sundays. Meetings must be concluded and cleaned up 15 minutes before closing.)

Policy Agreement:

By providing my name and completing this application, I accept responsibility for the group’s use of the Sycamore Public Library meeting rooms and will adhere to the Meeting Room Policy and the Patrons Rights and Responsibilities Policy.
I understand that there is a fee for meeting room rental and am willing to pay for the use of the Sycamore Public Library meeting rooms. Payment is due within 5 days of approval.
I will submit my publicity to the Library Director for approval prior to posting the publicity anywhere. I will include the following statement on all publicity created for this meeting or program. “This program is neither sponsored nor endorsed by the Sycamore Public Library. The library is not responsible for the information presented in this program.”
I will not move the table in the Board Room.
I understand that the group is responsible for setting up the room and cleaning the room after the meeting. This includes taking garbage out to the dumpster.
I will notify meeting attendees that they must park in the lots across Locust Street from the Library when coming to a meeting.
I understand that the library can not provide storage space for my equipment or materials.
