The Library offers a small collection of local history materials including books on the history of Sycamore and DeKalb County, Cemetery Indexes, DeKalb County Census books, Plat books, Sycamore High School yearbooks, reverse phone directories, and historic issues of local newspapers on microfilm.

The well lit meeting room has a capacity of 49 people standing or with chairs and a maximum of 30 people with tables. There is a kitchenette available for serving food and non-alcoholic beverages. The room may be used by groups in accordance with the Library Meeting Room Policy. Please review the Meeting Room Policy prior to completing the application. Payments can be be made by check, cash, or credit card. Credit card payments can be made online once a confirmation number has been provided.
