Meditate to Be Serene

Research has documented the numerous benefits of regular meditation. Meditation reduces stress levels, enhances our physical and emotional health and improves our overall wellbeing. It can help us tap into the source of all joy and peace that exists with us all. Join, Renate Lanotte, MS, LCSW, psychotherapist for this engaging lecture. There will even be a short meditation sitting.
