An exercise program for seniors or anyone with health challenges. Using chair support, participants move through a series of seated and standing yoga and stretching poses designed to increase flexibility, range of movement and balance. Join us on a journey of health and wellness. This program takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am.
